This six-month program combines Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging principles and practices with team dynamics fundamentals. Emerging leaders will learn how to better navigate their teams, especially in achieving results, providing and receiving guidance, and supporting healthy team dynamics.

In this session, participants will uplevel their skills to advocate for themselves and learn persuasion principles to navigate their professional environments. Using the Golden Circle framework, participants will develop a grounding purpose statement and think about their goals.
Participants Will Learn:
In this training, we help move employees towards personal transformation by assisting them to identify their core desired feelings and improvement goals. With these learnings, we help employees understand their sources of inspiration and apply that momentum to their roles within organizations.
Participants Will Learn:
This training focuses on understanding the difference between stress and stressors, good stress and bad stress, as well as stress that is everyday, far away, and imaginary. Participants learn several tools for coping with stress and how to deal with it within their teams. Finally, participants learn meditation and relaxation techniques to manage stress, then create an action plan to manage stress moving forward.
Participants Will Learn:
This training focuses on effective communication as a foundational core skill. It covers the four primary communication styles and when to utilize them. We also will look at frameworks for using communication to increase initiative and propel your career. Finally, it includes tools and live practice opportunities in the session that can be implemented outside the session in day-to-day work.
Participants Will Learn:
In this session, we learn the foundations of institutional racism and how to develop racial competence as leaders at all levels, especially by understanding how our power impacts teammates of color.
Participants Will Learn:
Members of the program will participate in five 90-minute forums, one after each workshop. Ethos will provide guidance, materials, and tools for members to facilitate some of their learnings for their immediate teams.
