Salary Survey - Basic

Ethos will collaborate with you to develop a concise and repeatable method for collecting salary data and assessing the results across up to 50 member organizations. Ethos will sort, organize, and synthesize the data for your review, as well as create a short report highlighting the key themes. In this option, Ethos will:

• Develop and issue the survey via SurveyMonkey to the client
• Synthesize and interpret the findings
• Compare findings to prior data (if available)
• Visualize the data and draft the qualitative analysis in a short report
• Assemble and finalize the report
