DEIB Quarterly / Annual Report Consulting

Ethos can establish quarterly and annual reporting models, regularly track metrics, and create DEIB reports and/or DEIB sections of existing reports, conformed to the organization’s own branding standards and style guidelines under Ethos’s current Hourly Consulting Rate Schedule. Consulting services may include:

• Collaborating with your organization to refine the scope of work
• Conducting discovery meetings with relevant parties to explore and establish goals, core messages, and standard procedures for the work
• Establishing a cadence and schedule for regular tracking and deliverables

*Hourly consulting work requires a minimum of 15 hours, with an advanced payment of $4,500. Hourly work conducted beyond the initial 15 hours will be billed at the end of the contract period of three months.
