Ad Hoc DEIB Consulting

Ethos can assist with the turn-key operation of your organization’s DEIB initiatives or other ad hoc consulting needs under Ethos’s current Hourly Consulting Rate Schedule.

Consulting services may include:

• Conducting meetings with relevant parties to understand goals, initiatives, and core messages
• Engaging in targeted research and analysis
• Drafting and developing DEIB policies, procedures, practices, and processes
• Conducting edits on any materials we develop
• Engaging in follow-up meetings to discuss outcomes and implementation of the materials

*Hourly consulting work requires a minimum of 15 hours, with an advanced payment of $4,500. Hourly work conducted beyond the initial 15 hours will be billed at the end of the contract period of three months.
